About Tormere

How it works and where the data comes from

What is Tormere?

Tormere is a market intelligence and research platform that aggregates public financial disclosure data into one place. It covers SEC filings, congressional trades, institutional holdings, short volume, government contracts, earnings calendars, treasury yields, ETFs, stock research, and portfolio analytics.

Recent Updates

07-28-26Began moving company financial statement data to a more scalable storage backend behind the scenes, the first phase of a migration to keep financials data reliable as historical coverage grows.
07-20-26Portfolio Lab holdings can now be saved as named portfolios, which automatically appear on the Watchlist page as a tracked position alongside individually watched tickers.
07-20-26Unified the watchlist to a single account-backed list across the dashboard, research pages, and Account panel, and replaced the Watchlist page’s velocity table with a clean price and daily change view.
07-19-26Fixed the Sectors, Common Holdings, and Activity tabs under Institutional Holdings, which were timing out silently, and widened sector coverage to include tickers held by tracked 13F funds.
07-17-26The weekly newsletter now leads with insider cluster buying and Conviction Score threshold crossings, the platform’s two multi-day signals, ahead of the top individual buys list, and drops the treasury yield summary in favor of that higher-signal content.
